22.-23. July 1995 - Tynda

I had to do a stop over in Tynda, because there were no direct trains from Nizhneangarsk to Komsomolsk na Amure. It was quite difficult to change some dollars to rubles, because I arrived on saturday and all the banks were closed. At the Chinese Market I wanted to change one 50$ bill, but they didn't know these bill. Usually they only use 100$ bills!

The next day I visited the BAM Museum, where the story of this railway is documented. You can see a picture of this museum on the BAM overview page.
