3.August 1995 - Visit to the Permafrost Institute

This institute was one reason, because I wanted to travel up to Yakutsk. I got the change, to go down to the cellars, where the soil ist frozen the whole year. Efgeni showed me this place. It's very strange, on top there is 30 degree celsius and some meters below there it is -10 degree celsius.
